Group Management Committee

The Group Management Committee consists of the members of the Board of Management and 6 directors. The directors are primarily responsible for the results of their own units. Consultation with the Board of Management about these results takes place (1:1) in monthly meetings. In addition there is a need for a decision making process on common, Stork-wide subjects such as Procurement, HRM, Communication and ICT. The platform for this is the Group Management Committee, which also serves for the exchange of information and in this function supports the decision making process of the Board of Management.

The Group Management Committee consists of the members of the Board of Management and the following 7 members:
